Estate Planning; Wills and Trusts; Probate

Estate planning, wills, trusts, healthcare power of attorney, financial power of attorney, trust, charitable trust, guardianship, conservatorshipA substantial part of my practice focuses on the representation of individuals and families to implement their particular estate planning goals and objectives, which includes the preparation of wills and trusts, and the preparation of all other related estate planning documents, which includes a living will, a healthcare power of attorney, and a durable financial power of attorney.

I prepare revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, special needs trusts, and other kinds of trusts, and review or amend existing wills and trusts. I am also available to file petitions to probate wills; litigate probate matters; litigate claims relating to estate planning, wills or trusts, trust administration, and claims involving the preparation of or validity of wills or trusts. I can also file petitions to terminate trusts on behalf of beneficiaries, or file petitions to reform wills or trusts. I can also file guardianship and conservatorship petitions, and other probate matters.

Clients deal directly with me and not paralegals where all issues are thoroughly reviewed by me with my clients, and drafts of documents are reviewed by my clients, before final documents are executed.
