I have extensively represented both Indian tribes and tribal members on many kinds of different legal issues involving Indian law, and state and federal law, including issues, such as, sovereign immunity of Indian tribes. I have represented tribal members with respect to many different kinds of legal claims, including personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims. I am a board member of the San Carlos Apache Tribal Bar Association, and can represent both tribal members and non-Indian parties in that tribal court, and am available to co-counsel with other state-licensed attorneys in the San Carlos Apache Tribal Court who are not licensed to practice there. I can gain admittance to practice in other Arizona tribal courts, if necessary, to represent clients in those courts.
