Other legal services include alternative dispute resolution matters, including representing parties in arbitration cases, sitting on arbitration panels, mediating and settling cases for parties, or acting as a court-appointed special master in complex ongoing court proceedings. I am also available to co-counsel on cases with attorneys, or do research, briefing, appellate, and other contract work for attorneys.
